This coaching program is for people who have completed one of my programs or for those who have already been successful on Keto and are looking for ways to make Keto a long-term lifestyle.
This coaching program includes weekly Zoom live group behavioral sessions relating to nutritional lifestyle change, text/email support, assessment of weekly behavioral needs, goal setting, identification of weekly barriers or obstacles, and much more. The goal of this coaching program is to provide ongoing behavioral support while creating personal empowerment and self-motivation to maintain metabolic health independently.
This is a concierge-style monthly program and is personalized to each individual. Cost:$300/month.
