Initial Consultation
The Initial Ketogenic Consultation consists of a detailed medical and weight history, review and discussion of health and nutrition goals, an introduction to the low-carb/Ketogenic lifestyle and a discussion and evaluation to determine if the Keto lifestyle is right for you!
Ketogenic Education Only (minimum of 2)
If you are already following Keto and just looking to learn more about the Ketogenic Lifestyle, a la carte educational sessions are available. These sessions do not include Keto coaching in between sessions.

My 30-day Program is best for people ready to learn and immerse themselves in a Ketogenic Lifestyle. This Program includes two detailed educational sessions, personalized macro development, and 30 days of Keto coaching.
