 Yes. I conduct remote nutrition consulting via the HIPAA-Compliant Zoom platform to anywhere in the world.  

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any refunds unless there are special circumstances, which will be assessed on an individual basis. 

The keto coaching component of my Program offers unlimited daily text/emails for questions, check-ins, meal monitoring, and glucose/ketone monitoring. I offer daily feedback via text or though the meal app to make sure you are staying on track.

 I do not accept insurance.  Unfortunately, most insurance plans don’t cover nutritional counseling. Further, the insurance business model does not recognize the level of care and service that I provide.  As a clinical and functional nutritionist,  I spend extra time with my clients to uncover the root cause of their conditions so they get quick relief and lasting results.  With that being said,  I can help defray the cost with the following: 

• I accept FSA (Flex Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards.  Please note that it is your responsibility to verify coverage for nutrition counseling with a clinical nutritionist (I am not a dietitian).  Your plan may require that you have a Medical Letter of Necessity for reimbursement.
• If your plan covers Medical Nutrition Therapy for out of network providers, you may be eligible for reimbursement.   You can submit the receipt to your insurance company and they may reimburse a portion of the cost.

A Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist (CKNS) is the most advanced Ketogenic nutrition certification for nutrition practitioners. The CKNS Specialist has completed an Advanced Ketogenic Nutrition Program offered by the American Nutrition Association.
