Learn about healthy eating habits and be educated about the effects of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats on the body. Girl Scouts will learn and understand what happens to their bodies when they eat these types of foods. Find out how what food you eat affects your skin. Look at how diet affects energy levels. Investigate how the food you eat affects your sleep. Girl Scouts will fulfill requirements towards the Eating For You Badge. A minimum of 6 girls is required per workshop.
